The 1st International Conference on the Co-production of Sustainable Organisations and Leadership in Welfare

Working Life & Welfare: Sustainable Governance, Organization, and Leadership in WElfare (SOLWE) is an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research group, established in 2016. We have organized annual (inter)national conferences and creative workshops since 2017. Now, it is time to extend the invitation to a larger international group!

 

The SOLWE 2024 Conference aims to bring together researchers and practitioners with a focus on collaboration and the co-creation of sustainable organisations, governance, and leadership in the welfare sector. Theme of the conference: Value-able-work!

SOLWE 2024 will be held as a partly hybrid conference – it will mainly take place in Borås, Sweden at the University of Borås and part of the conference will be offered online.

Our main intention is to share knowledge in this field through keynote speakers and oral paper presentations. Our secondary intention is to co-create new research questions and collaborative projects in creative workshops and to develop our international network in this field.
